The Gente di Mare apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, a sofa bed in the living area for up to two people, and two modern bathrooms provide comfort and relaxation.

The apartment is in an excellent location: the sea and the beautiful white sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are also close by, allowing you to easily enjoy Sardinian cuisine and culture.

As a special touch, each booking comes with a small surprise in the apartment – a warm welcome to make your stay even more delightful.

These prices are valid for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. For more than 4 guests, an additional charge of 10€ / day applies. Please note that this apartment may be occupied by a maximum of 6 people.

If you are traveling with pet(s), please contact us before booking so we can discuss all possibilities in advance.
This accommodation is suitable for families with children. We welcome guests aged 10 and older.
Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments. However, smoking is permitted on the terrace/balcony.
Check-in time: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out time: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
There are no additional charges for towels and bed linen—they are included in the price.
A one-time final cleaning fee of €120 per stay applies.
A deposit is required for your stay in this apartment.
